Mijn Klacht:
I have been renting OV bike for a while, every time for max 3 days. It happened few times that I have brought the bike back but got a ticket for delivering it too late. Everytime this happened I have called NS and reported that it is not true and that my bike has been returned on time. Now I have received a ticket for 110e from a collection agency because I haven’t paid NS for the bike. I have called few time to find a solution and to find out what went wrong and Everytime I was told it will be taken care off. Now, I have called today and spoke to a lady that was not only not helpful but rude as hell. Told me to figure out my self what went wrong because according to their system I have reported that I have returned the bike after 6 days which can not be true. I have reported when I brought it back but it is not possible that have said that it was after 6 days. I remember the phone call because it happend when I was abroad and got an email that I still have my bike which was not possible as I was freaking abroad! The lady told me that they stopped my abonament and I have to pay the collection agency and that if I’m not agreeing with it I have to find out myself when and what went wrong. As I said I’m renting the bikes quite often and I’m not able to recall each and every time something went wrong. It is ridiculous that I have to pay money AGAIN because their system sucks and I’m told that there is nothing I can do if…
Gewenste Oplossing:
I can pay the 57e but I will not pay they costs of the collection agency especially because I have been calling with NS about it and nobody informed me that it will be sent to the collection agency
