Mijn Klacht:

I made a flexible contact with vattenfal.
143€ p.m. that i can stop any time i want.
When i stopped the contract, i got and bill and i paid it.
After few weeks im getting a bill of 2,180 € to pay them as an and bill.
This is rediculis.
After a week im getting another email that im getting from them the same amount 2.180€. and again after few weeks im getting the same email that i have to pay this amount.
Nobody to talk to. No email address.
No communication.
Talked with klantservies more than 10 times.
Nobody is helping or know the answer.
I’m hopeless.
My story is also more complicated than this email.
I need someone to talk to. Email address.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Cancelling my invoice.
No charge!

1 maand geleden - Hi Simba, we have looked into this. I see that we alteady explaind the situation in august. Your installment amount was low for your consumption. I have no other answer that we already gave you before. The best thing you can do now is make a payment arrangement. Regards, Joeri

1 maand geleden - Dear Joeri, Im sorry but i don't agree with this rediculis amount. Above this, we are not living there anymore. A year ago my husband died. After his death the bank and the curator took our house, cars and our belongings. We have left with nothing and we had to leave Nederland for a new start. Thanks to my family and good friends and people around we could afford the fly tickets. I explained it over and over again to vattenfal staff. They told me to write a letter. But to whom? No email address, nothing. Me and my 3 children are living with my family now because we have left without nothing. I can't pay vattenfal. I can't afford food for my kids right now. Im sure there is a way to cancel this rediculis invoice. Im sure there is someone there with a good heart who can see that i paid every invoice on time when i had the contract. There is no way i can pay 1€ in my situation. Kind regards Simba
