Mijn Klacht:

I have called customer service on 26th of June to cancel my subscription and they told me my request has been received however, subscription cannot be cancelled until Customer Service calls me back and verifies the cancellation. After a week, I called them back to let them know no one has reached out to me but they told me their Customer Service is very busy with other customers cancelling their subscriptions and they will not call me back soon!!!. As of 11th of July, still no one has called me back and I have paid another bill in between. I cannot cancel my subscription and they are making me use their service with out my consent!

Gewenste Oplossing:

I need Verisure to my cancellation request asap.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for sharing your message.
Of course I understand that it is very annoying that it takes a long time! I would like to inform you that I have seen in the file that your request is indeed with the right department. We work with different departments that specialize in cancellations, for example, and this department is very busy.
I would like to emphasize that if we collect too much due to a too long processing time on our part, we will always make this right for you retroactively!

I also want to let you know that I have re-posted your request. Hoping for your patience.
