I think this is 7th times messages that i send to Fruugo help center. After sending the message , it always mentions that within 48 hours giving me reply. But I never receive any responses.
My order number is: 69835687 .
I send the article return to seller on 27 Feb. Tracing number LA462091634NL.
I already paid euro 30.39 for the articles and euro 13 for the return sending costs. which are too much for me. I checked the tracing number there is no updates after landing the seller country.. Please kindly help me to check when the seller will return refund to me.
