Mijn Klacht:
we have ordered a Samsung fridge last week, and today while waiting for delivery we were notified that the fridge is out of stock and will not be available anymore.
we were planning to move in, and now we cannot and need t look for anther fridge on a short notice.
Cool blue has in offer a new more expensive model available, which they refused to provide at the same price to us to solve the issue. we ere only offered a 10 euro sorry voucher.
after checking online it is also visible why , all the rest of dealers offer a new model at higher pricing. so if we don’t want to spend 200 euro more, we are forced to go back to order with coolblue.
in summary, coolblue has made a mistake in stock management and we need to pay for it, with no consequences to them and no compensation offered.
Gewenste Oplossing:
coolblue should replace the model that was taken out of stock with the new available one without charging more, as this was their planning mistake.
