Mijn Klacht:
I bought babyfoon online from coolblue and received a mail that will receive my order next day between 18-22. Because of that i adjust my plans and waited. How ever no one came . After i contact with customer service, they promissed will come nextday the same times. Again no one came. And again contact with the customer service, they said sorry the article has already sold out and we can not deliver, and will refund my money and asked me to contact with them to buy new product. They offered me lower quality product, or different product which i dont want with asking me to pay extra. After discussion had to end the conversation because of no help and get 15 voucher to shop from them again…Even i send the pictures shows that the same product i have to pay 30 eur more, they didnt fo any monetary compensation in order to help. I have been really regretfull that didnt buy from Media markt. At the least they have better services.
I do this complaint because i want to be compensated and want people to know the reality about coolblue.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want to be fully compensated because of the service which i didnt get and wasted my time and money.
