Mijn Klacht:
I received a packed from a Vinted user. The label was with my name and address but I never ordered this item, so I am not sure how this user had my data. It’s been next to impossible to receive an answer from Vinted. I do have screenshots of the whole conversation if needed. In the end they gave me the id of the user that has sent the package and told me to sort it out with her. I contacted her but she said she never sent that package. I told this to Vinted but now I can no longer write in the chat with them.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like to know how did my private data get to this user, if it's indeed a data leak and what is Vinted doing about that.
