I ordered a humus box for my second television. I also bought the 10m cable that I required. It did not fit with the ‘wall outlet’. I phoned and was told I needed an adaptor which they sent me. This took 8 days to reach me and when it did I discovered that this was also an incorrect size. Needless to say I became extremely frustrated.
I phoned Ziggo again and finally requested a service person come and hook it up considering that no-one knew which adapter I needed.
To my horror and amazement I was told that I would be required to PAY for this ‘service’.
This really irritates me: I purchase something from Ziggo… it does work and I am required to PAY for this.
I have been a good customer for a number of years, but right now I am angry, frustrated and disappointed with Ziggo.
I feel that I should not have to pay for this service call
