Mijn Klacht:
Hello.
* I have a contract with Vodafone.
* I lease my device as part of that contract.
* My device (LG G4) broke.
* In my contract I have a repair/temporary replacement device.
* I was given a phone number for a 3rd party repair company called DYNALOGIC who came and picked up my broken device and gave me a temporary replacement device.
* The temporary device (screen doesn’t switch on 60% of the time) is also broken. It’s also not fit for purpose.
My device was picked up by DYNAOLGIC on the 10th March. Since then, I’ve essentially been unable to use the service I pay Vodafone for. It’s causing me a lot of inconvenience and I don’t think I should be paying Vodafone for a service I’m unable to use.
I have not received any updates on the status of my repair.
Gewenste Oplossing:
* I'd be satisfied if Vodafone had given me a 'like for like' replacement device immediately.
* I would like Vodafone to compensate me for the time I have been unable to use the service and device I pay them for.
* I would like Vodafone to compensate me for the inconvenient time and effort these issues have caused me.
