Mijn Klacht:

I ordered a smartphone from Howsea Benelux(for netherlands) on 37. nowhere in the site mentioned the delivery time. after I placed the order, I had a ation e-mail from mrs AnnieLee without any information about the delivery still. AFTER my deposit of 305,95e she gave me a delivery date on 167. Immediately i looked on the original site. the same model was worth 290.95e and had a delivery(if I had ordered it on my own the same day as the other order) on 137. 3 days earlier and 15e cheaper. Immediately I asked for a refund. she deliberately delayed her responces a few days so she could tell me that now the order is on track. She claimed that the price difference was my fault because I didn’t untick the option for the extra screen and case. there was nowhere that choice!! only for the colour. well until now 207 she sends me fake tracking numbers in non professional e-mails . and I end up looking in all the locations for the ghost parcels. and all that, just to send them back and to have my refund. I have contacted post.nl ofcourse. I have all the corresponding e-mails. I have witnesses from the post offices. you do understand that this is taking legal form as a commercial fraud. if it’s not resolved soon, I will go to authorities.

Gewenste Oplossing:

the solution is simple. refund of the full payment ASAP. and you can deal with the lost parcels as you want.
