Hello Team, I am very much disappointe the way my orders is handled. I placed online order 9002212260 and I received email from [email protected] on 26th Oct that the Order will deliver today (on 29th Oct) between 10:47 en 13:47. Based on this email ation, I made appointment with my contractor and I have to pay to my contractor 200 EUR. In morning at 9.30 I received call from transport company that they can’t deliver order as Hornbach don’t have order items in warehouse. This is really not acceptable. I had made appointment with contractor and I have to pay them now 200 EUR and Hornbach made mistakes for order. While calling on 0885051111 I received very rude answer and no ation on time line on delivery. This is not a way of working for such big company. When you make appointment for delivery it is your resposibility to inform before time not on same day morning. Such attitue is not accepted and let me know how will pay for 200 eur for my contractor? If you don’t delivery I want fees paid to contractor. Let me know when you can handle it and provide me more updates.
Gewenste Oplossing:
The item must deliver today or I would get compensation for 200 EUR that I had to pay to contractor.
Also, I must need delivery by tomorrow 30th Oct if not today as my lots of things are planned based on this delivery.
