Mijn Klacht:
since the beginning of March, I can’t make phone calls. I have checked the website and I don’t have credit, nor internet bundle; it looks like I am blocked, but I don’t know why, since I’ve paid the cost of my subscription the 1st of March. 3 days ago I’ve sent an email to the Customer Service, in the automated email it stays that I would be contacted within 2 working days, but so far, nobody called me back.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want to be able to make phone calls, as soon as possible.
