Mijn Klacht:
I am shpping to different supermarkets always, and DIRK is always the one asking to check my bags! like what in the world is that? They need to have a receipt, put my products from a different store on their counter and they check the receipt with it? wtf?? what do you think i smulggle from your store, which is not on the counter? I spend 100 euros and than you think i stole what, a banana??
I do not always keep my receipts, so right now i prefer to go to AH after visiting several other stores, than to go to Dirk and be embarassed by this!
This is a horrible experience for your customers, and i am not the only one! And if you want to keep loyal customers, you do not this!! This is how you lose customers!

nothing! change your behaviour towards your customers and than maybe, maybe than I will visit again!
