We went today to dirk almere stad to buy the milk formula ( Nutrilon forte 1). It was my first time to purchase the product in the store. I usually order it online, but unfortunately i ordered the forte 2 for my 5 month old baby .. and its intended for 6 months and older.
My sister inlaw purchased one milk for her daughter and i ordered one for myself. We were told that we cannot purchase two products per day. I explained to the cashier that we will purchase it separately. Still they refused to sell it to us since we are in one group.
So my sister in law purchased the product first and i went back to buy another one. That was a whole discussion that i stayed there at the cashier for quite sometime asking why cant i purchase the product since we are a separate client and they cannot even give me a good reason.
So if theres like 10 of us in a group for instance we cannot at least purchase two milk because we are in one group?
I find it totally ridiculous because i especially came there to purchase milk for my child otherwise i could have just ask my sister in law to purchase it for me. But since i know the rules that per client you can only purchase one product per day I came myself too.
Online you can at least purchase 4 per week. And it so happen that i ordered the wrong milk and it takes a few days to return it and purchase another one. I dont understand why it was a whole lot of discussion.
I find that mederwerkers should be educated how to deal with clients and at least listen to their reasons. and not just carry out the rules even if it is unreasonable. They are not robots right?
And besides i am not buying dozens of milk . i just want one!.
I find it very rude. the other clients were waiting in line because of that very simple issue.
So they finally referred me to the service balie. And he said that i need to go back inside to purchase my milk separately. Which i already did. i dont understand . even they are confuse. is it one per client per day? one per group? can u specify that rule? because it really wasted my time and my trust to the company. By the way there are three of us. and we only wanted to purchase two products in total for ” our group” as how they described it.
I donot actually care for what reason you have to limit the amount of products per client. All i know is that i did not break any rule. I find that i was treated really rudely .
Gewenste Oplossing:
I wil get contented if those medewerkers will be taught properly in dealing with different situations. I might not be able to encounter the same situation again because as i said i usually purchase my products online. But for other customers sake please do something about that.
