Mijn Klacht:
I have been without internet at home for nearly three weeks. During this period:
1. A new router was sent — this did not solve the issue.
2. A technician was sent — still no solution.
3. I was told KPN would contact me within 5 business days. This did not happen. Later, I was informed that the Budget Thuis employee had forgotten to schedule the appointment with KPN.
Throughout this time, I emphasized that I work from home and urgently need internet to do my job. Budget Thuis showed no urgency and provided poor communication.
I also requested twice to be contacted via a proper email address (not a no-reply address), so I could have a written record of the communication. Both times, I was promised this over the phone — and both times, I received another no-reply email.
When I requested to cancel the contract due to non-delivery of service — which is a breach of contract — I was told I would have to pay a cancellation fee and the full amount for the remaining contract period, even though no service was being delivered.

What I am asking for:
Immediate termination of the contract without penalty, due to Budget Thuis failing to deliver the promised service.
A written response from a real, working email address (not a no-reply).
If no acceptable resolution is offered, I will escalate this through ACM ConsuWijzer and consider legal action.
