14-8 2019 ordered Medecine from Doctor
15-8-2019 we was informed by mail that medecine is ready for collection (we life ourside the delivery area so we NEVER have it delivered to us directly)
we did not manage to go to BENU in ROtterdam Vreewijk due to hospital appoinetments
19-08-19 my husband went to BENU for picking up his medecine and was told that the Fentanyl was already picked up by me (his wife) which is not true.
20-08-19 I called BENU to ask where the missing Fentanly is and I was infomred by phone that I collected it, after I denied this they claim it was delivered (whic they DO NOT DO to our adress)
after asking what happened to the medecine and that this was not delivered and nobody collected it the answer was: I shoudl not be worried it does not matter where it is and they will just order new ones and we can come the day after to pick it up.
THIS IS UNACCAPTABLE!!!
we get charged and lied too
THIS WAS ALSO NTO THE FIRST TIME
I want a clear answer what happen to our medication and who is paying our Insureance then?????
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want to have a clear information what happen to the missing medication and why we get still charged for it? how can it happen?
They have so many problems to provide the correct pills to us on quantity so we need to go more then once to the BENU as there are strong rules for opiate
this is why I do not understand this stupid answer from personal : do not worries and it does not matter?
UNACCAPTLABLE my husband di s cancer patioent and does not need this level of SUPIDITY
