Mijn Klacht:

Good morning,

It is the second incident within one month about your services.

Not only your drivers are undisciplined but you do not have a proper way to handle the situation.

To be more specific, I use daily the bus 400 from Leiden central to zoetermeer centrum west. Delays, rude drivers and many more.

I usually take the bus that departs at 08:22 or 08:17. So again today even though many buses were parked the only bus that left the station after 08:12 was at 08:26.

Would you be responsible enough to tell me if you will compensate me for being late at my work due to your incompetence or for being sick after waiting 20 minutes in cold?

Your company has a responsibility. Is there anybody who can explain me and contact me or will you go ahead and ask me to contact somebody else?

Otherwise, I can proceed with a lawsuit.

This is ridiculous.

I am sorry to hear about this. We have a refund plan for delays, Due to issues at the website, I cannot yet see if it starts at 20 minutes delay. As soon as it's back online, you can read all about it here: http://bit.ly/2ge7A9Q

In the region you travel in, at that time, traffic usually is very busy. This causes the delay. Unfortunately that is not something we can obviate.
I've sent your message to the bus planner in your region so he can explore this situation.
