Mijn Klacht:
yesterday (21.09.2017) at 16.10 pm I catched the bus nr 21 on direction to noordwijk at the heenweg in rijnsburg. the bus nr is 8783.
I came in the bus and realize that a women was running to catch the same bus but couldn’t cross the street. we are talking about a few meters away and a couple of seconds from the busstop. so very nicely I ask the chauffer to wait for this women, he didn’t answer right away, so he turn his head on direction of the women (which happened to be muslim) and without any sympathy or even looking at me he gave me a very very cold NEE and start driving. at the time that he was living the bus stop this women was already there and even so, he refuses to open the door.
well, I don`t know this women and I don`t know this chauffer but what I know is that he is getting payed to do is job and also we pay to drive in the buses from arriva. so the least that I expect is sympathy.
I hope that arriva will do something about it because I really look at it as a case of discrimination.
