Mijn Klacht:

Always delays. Bus 30, it seems that is never starts on time from leiden central. I live 2 stops after the station, the 31 is ALWAYS on time. The 30 ALWAYS at least 3 4 minutes late. Not to mention that sometimes they decide to leave EARLIER. You have to understand that for a busstop without any cover and in a crossroad exposed to lots of wind and rain, that is not acceptable. Not to mention 31 being always on time, but 30 always late. Fix it. Enough.

Teach also your drivers to smoothly break.
