You see the advertisements in the application related to Bundel thuisbezorg. Customers may have signed up by mistake. Or just want to try free for 1 month.
However, customers donot receive any message or e-mail regarding this. They dont inform that customers going to pay this money until I cancel it by email or message
I have been paying this price in 3 months without even realizing it. The answer came from the customer representatives: You are responsible for this.
In terms of compliance, the issue of product to customer recognition is also included in the law. I do not accept this issue because I should have received an information message stating that my membership continues after at least a one-month trial period. Since this was not done by this company, I request the refund my money
Gewenste Oplossing:
My money should be return ( whole bundel money) and from now they should start to inform their customer by email or message if someone gets extra product from Albert Hijn
