Mijn Klacht:
I had a contract combined with a mobile phone. This number and phone worked 2 weeks for being called and internet. It never worked for making calls and receiving and sending SMS. We went 4 times to the Vodafone shop and they changed 3 times the SIM card, everytime we had to wait several days for complete activation but it never worked. We went another time to the shop and they told us that the phone has a problem (it is a new one coming from you). They said that they will call me to send it for repair to Apple. They never did. I never used that phone and the services weren’t possible. Now I received a letter that my contract is finished and that I have to pay 732 euros. I don’t accept this. This number is blocked since November because it isn’t working. Nobody called me. I didn’t use it since more than 4 months as nothing worked. I never got any calls to send it for repair. I will not pay the rest of my contract (732 euros) for a number and a new phone that we could use for 2 weeks and only to be called or internet (not full services). I will go to the shop today to give back this phone. That’s it. I am not happy about what happened (see numbers of my calls and history of issues we had since the beginning). I will pay what I could use (internet access) for 2 weeks but not everything as nothing else was working.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like to pay what I could use for 1 month (only Data) and giving back that mobile as it isn't working since the beginning.
