I got your letter in which you adressed cardamage on the rental car to me ( costs 392 euros)
I totally disagree. Although i was stupid to accept the car without inspection ( which also was not offered by the stationmanager there…) I know 100% sure that I did not cause any damage to the car during my ride.
I was so angry about this foul play that I directly phoned after recieving your letter. From there on I have been sent from Germany to Holland, to emailadressess etc . In short: No customer service , no adequate response etc.
All I can say:
1) Hertz has taken advaantage of my situation of a car breakdown and pressure on leaving asap from Marktheidenfell . Both in service, and in price (the car would cost me 130 euros… turmed out to be 292 euros…..)
2) Hertz does not follow up with good service like in inspecting the car with me. ( My girlfriend stated she has seen the damage at departure, but assumed I had seen this and noted it with the station manager of Hertz…
3) there was no delivery service at FMO ( flughafen Munster Osnabrueck) as was stated by the manager in M’heidenfelt… When I called him in the evening he suggested I could drive up to munstyer ( 40k further) . He did not know. And other than was on the website , there was no desk in FMO from Hertyz and no cardelivery check-out service….
4) Hertz wants me to pay for damage at the car that i did not cause.
5) Hertz sends me from desk, to phone, to email, and nobody takes up responsability, nobody handles my case…
The reason why i did not respond to this adress was that they ( customer service Germany…) told me that the response would take at least 4 weeks…
So Here I am with my Hertz drama. I put in on social media and will not stop sending those messages about your company untill I get a proper response.
By the way: the only one i did not speak to yet is the stationmanager in Marktheidenfelt. I will adress him too and tell him he delivered a lousy job in terms of price, service and after sales service. He also lies about this damage, and he knows that.
I will also send a note of this bad service of the Marktheidenfeld location to Hertz Germany and International, because a company should not have such people on their pay roll or as a franchiser ( whatever).
Gewenste Oplossing:
1) when somebody from responds adequately and takes my complaints seriously
2) the fake damage check must be off the table; I want my money back
