Mijn Klacht:
As it is now Friday evening, I sigh as I realize how much stress and loss of time trains have been causing for me. I commute for work, rotterdam Amsterdam, fair distance but relying on transport I pay significant amounts for.
Trains cancelled due to works, delays, problems due to rain, or too much sun. Suffocatingly full in rush hours. Dirty in the late evenings.
Ns, what a week. I am too exhausted to even send a claim for one specific ride.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like to see actual improvement on my route
