Mijn Klacht:

At the end of April I bought Lenovo yoga. I spent around 900 eur together with service reparation costs.
It worked ok at the first week and then in the second week lost screen touch option, no internet and at the end of the second week, the screen went black.
I took laptop to the Media market in Rotterdam Zuid.
They told me normally I have to wait for 3 – 5 weeks to get laptop back and this case BECAUSE OF CORONA longer!?!?!?
I asked them for a few options:
1. To give me another temporary laptop, because I m using yoga for my work and I can’t be so long without my laptop.
2. To give me back my money so I can buy another one.
Neither of these options worked out so now I m without the laptop.
All Media Markt in Zuid is falling apart, they are not interested in helping customers in general.

Gewenste Oplossing:

As they said BECAUSE OF Corona, I have also rights as a customer.
I can't wait for more than 5 weeks to get my laptop back. I m a single working mother and I spent 900 on the laptop so I can do my job.
If MEDIA MARKT cant provide me a second temporary laptop I want my money BACK so I can buy another laptop.
As they said IT IS CORONA TIME (Obviously excuse for everything happening around us!) so the customer also counts. For us is also corona time. Not only for Media Markt.

4 maanden geleden - Ik heb een bericht op Twitter geplaatst dat deze klacht over Media Markt nog niet in behandeling is genomen.

Alle klachten die gemeld zijn door jg030908
