Mijn Klacht:

ik ging naar poeisz in de noordhoek van sneek om zoete popcorn te kopen, maar er was alleen zoute popcorn. ik moest weg naar huis gaan. Via de kaasa, een lid van het personeel hield me tegen en ze zei dat ze moest controleren wat er in mijn tas zat. Ik vroeg haar waarom en zij zei dat dat was haar werk en IEDEREEN moet controleerd worden.ik vroeg haar om ook de tassen van de mensen die daar waren te controleren en ze weigerde.

She started calling security. all people were looking at me having an argument with her yet i had not stolen anything but she insisted and she called her other staff member. There were my students and one of my fellow staff members. This your staff member suspected me to have stolen something from the supermarket because i look like thieves? what came into my mind was that she did so because i am BLACK. they were forcing me to go with them behind but i refused and i said they should check it on the counter when other customers were watching. They checked and saw there nothing. I told the lady to apologize for having embarrassed me before people like that but she refused.
Honestly i consider this as racism because i asked her to check even other people’s bags as she said that they check everybody but she refused. i left the supermarket shedding tears. If it is not racism why did she refuse to check even other people’s bags? yes she suspected me to be a thief yet i wasnt, why cant cant she appologize that her thougts about me were wrong?
