Mijn Klacht:

Today Sunday 2nd of January at 5:50 PM I went to pathe spuimarkt. I only wanted to buy pop corn for my pregnant wife who was waiting outside with my 19 months baby. The security person (aka bouncer), agresively denied my entrance to the pathe allegating that I must buy a ticket. I explained several times in a calm way that I have done it already several times before without any problems. This bouncer started to challenge me and almost pushing me. I decided then to walked out. I explained the situation to my wife but she was craving too much for the pop corn that she decided to go upstairs and ask again. Her entrance was also refused by the same bouncer and situation got worse, as other people was offering her to buy the pop corn and the bouncer didn’t allow them to do it. He was even insulting my wife and telling her that she should not use her pregnancy to abuse it. The bouncer kept on allegations that those were the rules and when she asked for a written confirmation, the bouncer was more agresively to her. After that she decided to walk out also and avoid problems.
I’m writing this complaint to Pathe, to inform the abuse that their security personnel is doing with the customers. There is no violation or what’s so ever of the Pathe house rules. In fact this individual took a personal decision of acting very agresively against 2 customers with no foundation. I expect that Path acts accordingly by taking measurements with this individual and avoid further atracks to other Pathe customers. That individual behavior is very negative and must be punished. Furthermore I expect that Pathe write back to me and provide a right explanation.
