I was supposed to get a parcel yesterday and apparently it was delivered to a completely different!!! Building on campus.
Furiously I went there and asked and there was no parcel delivered.
First why would they not just leave a note for me! Second why deliver it to a completely different building as a student I can’t just handle a loss like that with ease. I have a budget. And I want this company to take responsibility!
I will only be satisfied if I either get the complete refund of the value of this product or if the company looks up the name they delivered it to and gets in contact so I can finally have my stuff.
