I was a loyal client of your company till the moment I faced an outrageous situation that left me completely disappointed in your professionalism.
The situation as follows: In October 2013 I receive an e-mail notification from one of your manager which says that later on a certain amount of money will be withdrawn from my account for a yearly subscription. On January 27, I receive an e-mail from Groenewegen partners claiming I must pay 90 euro for NS subscription (50) and an attached fine (40) to it. I was completely perplexed. Apparently, automatic money withdrawal did not succeed and you sent requirements of payment and later on reminders of it to my old address (where I do not reside already for 2 years). Why could not you contact me via e-mail like you always did to avoid unnecessary paperwork and this unfairly charged fine? I want that fine of 40 euro back as I consider this case egregiously unfair and of your own fault.
