Mijn Klacht:
On the 30/01, I was late for work for over 1 hour due to an alleged suicidal collision by NS.
According to them, the collision took place at 08.56 and the first bus was ready at 09.53. This is a reality, in terms of the bus.
However, I logged in in Almelo at 08.31 and logged off around 09.00, due to the inexistence of trains. Between 08.30 and 09.53, no trains or other means of transportation that aren’t extra paid have gone from Almelo to Enschede.
I have lost one and a half hours of work, and it overall caused me constaint in my personal life.
Furthermore, the representative from NS on Twitter was extremely condescending and utterly improfessional, refusing to provide professional details to attach to this claim and behaving, overall, like a child who refuses to provide customer support.
NS’s poor service has cost me more than one hour payment and constraint to my personal life, as I had to compensate that time, arriving home later.
I demand compensation for this unpleasant outcome.

I am free to receive a call everyday after 17.00.
