Mijn Klacht:
Today, Sept. 4, at 11am we were in the Hengelo store. We wanted to purchase a specific model of the Asus Transformer Book. (T101HA-GR004T)
Having waited for half an hour for a salesman, we finally managed to find one and asked for his help. The item was not in stock.
His suggestion? Drive 63 kilometers to the branch in Zwolle which may have the item in stock, when we had already driven 38 kilometers from Germany to Hengelo.
At no time did he suggest an alternative model in the store, which might suit us.
He seemed to think that we should have researched your web site more thoroughly ( i.e. Doing his job for him).
Absolutely appalling customer service.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Respectful treatment, some effort to solve the problem. Politeness, not dismissing the customer as if he/she was a nuisance.
