Mijn Klacht:

I bought PVC flooring.
I cancelled it the next day and bought different PVC.
Unfortunately, KARWEI also sent me the one I cancelled. The flooring PVC and materials I have double.
I had my existing laminate flooring throw away and prepared my house for the new flooring. Since my house is full of PVC packages, I cannot have a new flooring.
Unfortunately, I have been living in dust and filth since 18 April.
I have been in contact with Karwei since April 18th and repeatedly asked them to correct their mistake they made and asked them to take the PVC and material back.
Three times, Post NL came and did not take them back because they said they were sent for one package only. On their second visit, they said they were sent for 3 packages only. On their third visit they were sent for 3 packages.
I don’t know when this nonsense will end. I am not able to send packages backages, and I am not able to get my money back as well.
If I have a car, I would consider driving it myself.
Karwei seems dosen’t care about their mess and don’t correct their mistakes.
My house is only 38m2 square and my house has become a warehouse with Karwein products.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I don't want to linger any more for the products to go back. These products need to go urgently, and they need to return the money.
