Mijn Klacht:
I ordered a boekenkast from Home24.nl. On the first occasion instead of boekenkast they delivered 10 random shelves. I called them, they stated that they will fix this and after 3-5 days they delivered the ‘presumed’ new product which was again another 10 random shelves.
I called them again inquiring where is my boekenkast, they replied that they will send a carrier to pick the two wrong deliveries from their side.
Now I lost two days to stay at home for the delivery person to deliver twice wrong order and they don’t even bother to deliver the right item to me.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want my boekenkast delivered to me as fast as possible and I want an apology for the poor service they provided so far.
