Een huiseigenaar heeft een klacht ingediend tegen Domica, omdat er in december 2013 een cannabisplantage in zijn appartement werd ontdekt. Hij stelt dat de schade na de ontmanteling bijna 10.000 euro bedroeg en beschuldigt Domica van grove nalatigheid bij het selecteren van huurders, wat heeft geleid tot deze situatie. De huiseigenaar vindt dat Domica niet de juiste ervaring had om een betrouwbare huurder te selecteren.
