Mijn Klacht:
I have received a call (0202119234 @11.37) from a central advice representative on 16th Feb for an energy supplier and he asked me all details even though I told him I can not decide as it’s my husband who takes care but he insisted that all data is needed for understanding and comparison. He also asked me to accept the email he sent on my email Id and he also asked for my Bank account number. He never mentioned in the whole conversation that I am giving him any approval. I kept telling him I can not decide till the end of february. He said ok he will call after three days but I have never received any call. On 22th Feb I received a welkom call and refused to accept this contract. The supervisor said we understand and will call back on 4th March if we decide. We have never received any call and we refuse to go for the contract and I will not pay any penalty.
Please look into matters. As It is totally based on dishonesty and manipulation. This is total cheating. I do not wish to change my energy provider. make sure this contract gets canceled. and resolve this issue at the earliest
