Mijn Klacht:
We have a very bad experience with our stay in Hotel Faro & Beach Club Faro Portugal. To celebrate our 30 years honeymoon we have booked a double suite trough Booking.com. The hotel was under construction and the windows were sealed with construction materials leaving no view and the rooms were totaly dark. Several times the hotel requested for a other room and we hace sent pictures to booking.com, but unfortunately they offered no sulution. The last day the hotel offered a lunch ter compensation, absoluteluy unaccettable. We paid 600 euro for a two dark room without view. We are very disapointed about the follow from the hotel management and Booking.com.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Financieel te worden gecompenseerd zodat we onze huwelijksreis over kunnen doen. Hotel en Booking.com zijn nalatig geweest
