Mijn Klacht:

I was a true Samsung consumer since 2008. After what happened to me today, I am definately not a Samsung consumer anymore. This is second time happened to me this year and I am not going to let it happen again by simply staying away from Samsung products. In the begining of this year, My Note 4 burned down after 4 months I purchased it and I did not get any replacement. Same thing happened today. My son’s Samsung A5 suddenly started acting wierd and ended up with no display.I sent it for a repair because it is 6 months old and supposed to be under warranty. The answer I got back is “There is a small scratch on the screen and it is not under warranty anymore”. What the repair center Dynafix propose is to sell me a new one with 100 euro reduced price or I can get the damaged one back for 59 euro because they did an investigation on it. So pay 59 for nothing or buy a new one for 204 euro. I started to think about this is a new sales technique developed by Samsung to sell their products. No I am not gonna pay anything. I will just stay away from all Samsung products and go for any other brand. After all these Samsung S7 battery explode news, I guess this is going to be the right move. Samsung products and support is getting worse and worse every day. I am not a Samsung customer anymore. This might be a low impact on your side but seeing more explode news, bad support, low quality products, you will continue to loose more consumers like me and am happy that you will pay back in long term what you did to your customers.
