Mijn Klacht:
We ordered baby room Finn from Utrecht mall. Yesterday our order has come.
We also bought montage. But we are so disappointed of the montage.
We paid 65 Euros for it. But the guys who make, even did not hang the wandrek piece.
Because they do not have a driller. And hang just two shelves of the wardrobe saying this is an example, you can hang the rest. Moreover they did not collect the empty furniture boxes which leaves us a huge work. We are not well informed in the store that these services is included or not. We bought other stuff from this mall before. But this time we do not satisfied of the service at all.
I have also sended an email to the company. It has been a week, but i did not get an answer.
Gewenste Oplossing:
If i can get back the money for montage.
