They are ridiculous! When on earth will they process my refund? This has been taking way too long! I sent the parcel back to them on 19-March. I received ation that they received my return parcel well on 25-March.
Also, I sent them 3 emails already since 17 April, but apparently their inbox is full, and therefore, every time I receive the message back that my email would not be delivered to them. I tried 5 times today to contact them via their contact form on the website, but it wasn’t being processed. And my wifi connection isn’t the issue as it works well. There is no phone number available anywhere to contact them. Is there even any customer service there?! It is sooo frustrating! If they don’t contact me within a week, i will be contacting Consumentenbonds.
