Good morning.
I went this morning for take a cappuccino in the Albert Heijn delflandplein but the caissiere already told me cappuccino is op!!! But the way she told me that l had a feeling.
And it’s not true only the big cup are missing.because I pressed the button for a cappuccino and milk and coffee are going out from the machine.
I told her and she was like l already order new cup.
I know that she is lying because l work also for Albert Heijn, it doesn’t takes more than one month to receive new cups of coffee.
The name of the medewerker is hajar working to the counter this morning.
Specially cold when l try to remind her that the cup has to be full she said to me to complain!! It looks like they are not afraid of anything and don’t care of their job. When l asked her name she was hidding her last name with her finger because she saw me open the success factors application,
Anyway it’s a very bad Albert Heijn and extremely filthy.
No FIFO, medewerker talking loudly pushing customers who are on their way. Not really surprising when we can see shifleiders just walking around and talking with friends or sitting to the zelfscan talking with the security and the person in charge of the zelfscan.
shop just open at 8am and garbage already on the floor, emballage machine not empty The management of this store is clearly bad they are no other word.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Convocation with her supermarket manger to talk about it and send her advertisement.
