Mijn Klacht:
We got an agreement with Ziggo to step over from KPN to Ziggo. Today we should have got the me installation package. After 8 telefon calls, 3 mails I have got the information that the media box is not on stock anymore. No excuses no information about the status from their side. In 2 weeks or internet with KPN will stop. BUT in the meantime we are already paying our invoices from Ziggo
Gewenste Oplossing:
When all the things which were promised in the agreement are working from tomorrow on as agreed
