Een klant van KeukenConcurrent in Zwaag heeft een klacht ingediend over een lange wachttijd voor vervangende keukendeurpanelen. Na het plaatsen van een bestelling in april 2012 en het betalen van € 200, ontving de klant deuren die niet goed pasten en met verkeerde scharnieren waren geleverd. Ondanks herhaalde verzoeken om de juiste deuren, heeft de klant nog steeds geen oplossing ontvangen na zes maanden wachten.

Mijn Klacht:

I am experiencing from Keuken Concurrent in Zwaag.

A few years ago we had a kitchen from the above mentioned store. Sometime later I needed to replace two of the doors to an under cupboard. In early April 2012 I took one of the old doors into the showroom and placed an order for replacements. A few months later I collected the doors and paid € 200 as requested. Unfortunately, they were not a good match as they had a dark grey strip running around the edge. The company said that I should use them while I was waiting for replacements, however they had been delivered with the wrong size hinges, so this was not a possibility. As far as I understood the new doors were on order and I had to wait a month for delivery.

After a few months waiting for the new doors to arrive, I went into to the showroom (now early August) but there was no trace of the order. As I had lost all faith in the staff in the showroom in Zwaag, I called customer services to check that the correct doors were on order including the correct hinges. I then waited until mid September when I was told they had finally arrived. Today, I went to collect the doors but they were delivered with NO hinges or handles and yet again had an aluminium strip running around the door edge.

Gewenste Oplossing:

As I have had to spend more than 6 months with no doors in the middle of the kitchen, not to mention the numerous calls and trips to Keuken Concurrent, I feel it is reasonable to ask for a full refund of the €200 back to my account, and in addition I would hope that a company as prominent as yours would still order and deliver the doors for me as an apology for the poor service.
