Mijn Klacht:
I would like to raise a complaint about the misleading information in Yves Rocher emails to their clients. On 10th of March I received email about the present ( face foundation) which I can receive with my next purchase. When I went to the shop in Amsterdam today, I wanted to buy one item expecting to get a present which was promised, I was told that the minimum amount is 20 EUR. This information was missing in Yves Rocher email. I told this to shop assistant and she answered that there was a mistake.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I believe that if Yves Rocher made a mistake, they should have sent a corrective email, or they should follow the offer they proposed in the initial email. This practice looks very unprofessional and does not improve the image of this company in front of customers.
