Mijn Klacht:
This company has accused me of being a scammer for trying to sell a pair of authentic shoes.
They ignored their terms and conditions, blocked my account immediately, sent me an email accusing me of a crime, and their customer service is either bots or people who don’t speak English or refuse to help.
They are holding 210 euros of mine from another pair of shoes I tried to buy, and ignoring me via message.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want my account unblocked so I can list my items. I want my money back or the sneakers I paid for.
