Een gebruiker van Vinted.nl heeft 100€ betaald voor een paar AirPods die later als nep bleken te zijn. Ondanks herhaaldelijke vragen aan de verkoper over de echtheid van het product, werd bevestigd dat het om originele AirPods ging. Na ontvangst en controle van het product bleek het niet te functioneren en de klant heeft moeite om ondersteuning van de klantenservice te krijgen, ondanks het betalen van een beschermingstarief.

Mijn Klacht:

I have payed 100€ for one fake AirPods. I have asked the seller several times over the product and she said that the AirPods are original. After receiving the item i never do the ation without checking the product but this one was already ed when i have checked it and i realized that this is fake and does not work. Now i contact the servicedesk from Vinted.nl buy they don’t accept anything. I do not know what i have to do. We pay the protection fee for every thing but there is actually no protection.
