UPC announced that all abonnees would be able to watch last night’s 86th Academy Awards, as we have for the past few years. I stayed up to begin viewing at 2:30. I took Monday off work to recover from the show which ended at 7:30. When I tried Film 1 the words ‘Academy Awards” appeared on the screen TV gids. Unfortunately, the next words were “You are not subscribed”. My guests and I were more than disappointed. UPC clearly advertised that we could view this program.
Gewenste Oplossing:
When I am told why this happened. And am given the chance to view the program!
