Mijn Klacht:

As i wrote in my last email for you and said by phone, i want to cancel the services in the end of December because the main reason that i´ve changed to your company was you were the one who had the E chanel. I´ve called you call center and some one from your services confirmed to me that you had it, therefore i cancel the contract with previsious provide and made with you. After intallation i couldn´t find the E chanel and called again your call center and one now the conversation was a little bit diferente, they told me: ohhh now you dont have it but we are in negociations with USA and we´ll have , you need to wait. I waited more then 3 months and nothing from E Chanel. After 3 months i called again and was the same answer, need to wait because we´re in negociations with USA. So, we are in December and the E chanel didn´t arrive to my house and it was the main reason to guide me contract your services and now i dont have it after six months!!! This is the rwson i want to cancel youtr services.
