Een gebruiker heeft herhaaldelijk geprobeerd om Klarna als betaalmethode te gebruiken voor verschillende bedragen, maar zonder succes. Ondanks het feit dat hij geen openstaande schulden heeft en nooit eerder gebruik heeft gemaakt van de service, kreeg hij telkens dezelfde reactie van Klarna dat ze hem niet konden helpen. De gebruiker uit zijn frustratie over het gebrek aan ondersteuning en de mogelijke gevolgen voor de verkoop van Klarna.

Mijn Klacht:

I have tried several times to use Klarna as a payment method for medium amounts and even smaller ones varying for EUR 300 down to EUR 40 however I have been unable to. I have never ordered anything and used their service. I have 0 outstanding debts therefore I see no reason why I should not use their service. I have contacted them several times and they always came back with the same answer that they can’t do anything to support me. I wonder if all their customers know that they are losing sales as people (like myself) would be really put off from something like this and will purchase our goods somewhere else. I find it absolutely ridiculous that they are unwilling and unable to help.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I will be pleased when I am able to use the service

Hi,

Thank you for your message!

Every time someone attempts to pay with Klarna, an assessment is made. This looks at the data entered, the payment history, outstanding invoices and the amount of the order. Based on this, it is determined whether we will grant the credit for the order. In this case I would advise you to try to order for a lower amount.

Our customer service should be able to give you an answer why an attempt was denied.

Nope, they have been not able to let me know why the purchase was denied. All three times I have contacted you. In short I was told the following:
1. Try a lower amount first. But remove cookies before you do or try in another browser.
2. If it also does not work for a lower amount i recommend you try a different store
3. Okay since there is nothing blocking you i recommend you keep trying but tomorrow for example
4. That is frustrating of course we however can`t change it for you. The only thing you can really do is keep trying
5.We recommend you either go lower in the purchase amount or try a different shop on a different day. If it also does not work for lower amount you need to pay immediately so you can build up you order history. Al the info i already gave. So again i cannot press a button here that will make it work for you

I have copy pasted the above from history chat with your agents. The websites I am trying to use are all your customers and if the service you provide does not work then they are loosing sales. I wonder why is it so difficult to support me in this case?
