Dear sir/madam
I am writing to you in connection with the above flight on which I was booked to travel on 14.08.17
The flight was supposed to depart from Aroui, Nador at 7:50 with AT 670 direct to Amsterdam Schiphol airport and arrive at 12.00 Dutch local time, but it was delayed by 5 hours with a stopover in Al houcima. First of all we didn’t received any email or phone call to be informed.
Secondly, this is not wherefore we have paid for. We paid for a direct fly with an amount of 535,00 eu. When searching for a ticket we were aware of the several flights with a stopover which were less expensive, but we decided to pay more and fly direct from Amsterdam to Nador and vice versa.
Under the EU denied Boarding regulations 261/2004 I am entitled to get an compensation an look forward to receiving the sterling equivalent within the next 14 days. If this will not taken serious, I will make it a serious case.
