I arranged a return via Bol.com over 1 week ago. The item is still in my house.
Once the return was requested, i was told to get intouch with the Seller myself to arrange the return. Which i did, i was then asked to pay 18 euros to arrange the return, even though it was supposed to be free with Bol.
After waiting for a few days, i finally got an email from the seller confirming that the time would be collected within 3 days. Not ideal but at least they would collect it.
After 3 days, the unit had still not been collected, when i called DPD who were supposed to collect it, they told me that no collection had been arranged in my postcode, and could i please take the item to the nearest DPD collection place. the item is 15 kilograms and came in a very large box. so i told them no. I then got back in touch with Bol, who said all they could do was call the seller, and get back to me with a answer. They never got back to me. One week later, the item is still in my house, Bol have not resolved the issue, and DPD are unable to help either. All in all this has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience and has put me off ordering from Bol again. Bol do not seem to be able to coordinate a simple return with their sellers, leaving their customer hanging with no information, and nothing more than we will look into it and get back to you.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want the item out of my house this week. All i need to know is when DPD will collect it so i can arrange fro someone to be at home.
