I pay every month (this one aswel) 79€ for a month abonnement. My kaart nummer is : 3528 0104 8116 461. I was also in possession of a borg kaart of 25€ nummer 3528 0405 0004 4709.
All that to say that for me I had no interest not to check in already as I pay my trips ones a month for the whole month.

When I entered in the tram 8 nummer richting Spangen, i checked in but it didnt bip, I have been controled and had to pay 40€.

I ask you to pay me back this amount as it is a defect of your check in machine and that as you understand I pay my monthly abonnement and that have therefore no interest not to check in..
